Spring Equinox Evening Dance

We will be gathering on the dance floor to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a longer evening of dance and - weather dependant - a sharing circle round the fire afterwards!

For this extended dance evening we will be spending longer in the dance - in the trance - than we usually do in our weekly sessions. The dance journeys will be held inside but we have the wonderful opportunity to use the beautiful outdoor forest space afterwards to sit round a fire and reflect (weather dependent!). Not enough time is usually available for us to share our dance experiences deeply as a group or just sit in the space of what has just taken place; sometimes words are superfluous to actually physically assimilating the journey but all the same it is beautiful to do this as a group.

Come by yourself or with a friend; all are welcome and, as usual, no dance experience is necessary.

What to bring? IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

- Comfortable and weather appropriate clothing for sitting round the fire at the end.

- Extra blankets and / or a cushion to sit on round the fire. We will be on benches but after dancing it is important to stay warm.

- Money, card payment or Ringo App for car parking.

- A journal or notepad if you wish to make reflections

- A packed tea or snack for yourself and a mug. We will provide herbal teas and light refreshments. You are welcome to bring something to share also.

- Comfortable shoes if you do not want to dance barefoot.

- Something to add to the alter if you wish.

- Yourself - and a desire to move!

Tickets are £45 (discount codes available for those who have block-booked the latest dance series - please get in touch.)

Please note that we do not take online payments for events to avoid booking fees for all parties, see below.

How to Pay:

Payment information will be on your ticket. Please be prompt with your payment as soon as you have ordered your ticket; your ticket will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

We accept BACS, PayPal (family & friends) or cash for this event.

We operate this payment policy as we cannot escape the never-ending booking/transaction/service fees that get lumped onto our dancers and us here at EOD HQ. We are now consciously trying our best to avoid these fees that get gobbled up by giants much bigger than us.
